To ensure that each department within our faculty conducts at least 2 meetings regarding quality processes within each academic year, aiming to monitor compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards and generalize a culture of continuous improvement.
To achieve an average score of at least 3 points in questions regarding the learning environment and instructional tools/materials in student course evaluation surveys.
To hold at least 1 meeting per year for academic staff to enable them to internalize quality processes and support the continuous improvement approach in line with the vision, mission, and quality policy of our faculty.
To hold at least 1 meeting per year regarding quality processes with administrative units to increase the compliance of administrative staff with the quality management system and ensure they maintain their duties integrated with the quality policy.
To organize at least 2 training programs every year to enhance the knowledge and skills of academic staff in education, training, and research processes.
To organize at least 2 training programs every year to develop the knowledge and skills of administrative staff and increase service quality.
To organize at least 1 external stakeholder meeting every year and make improvements in line with the feedback received, in order to respond fully to the changing and updated needs of the maritime profession.
To achieve a target level of 50% employment rate within the field of activity of the institution for students who graduated in the last 3 years across the faculty.
To provide opportunities for students to meet with at least 15 companies during the annual career days to ensure direct contact with the business world.
To increase the annual number of scientific publications (articles, books, book chapters, and conference papers) per faculty member to 2, aiming to enhance our faculty’s academic output.
To organize at least 3 innovative, creative, and environmentally sensitive events targeting the sector and society every year.
