2025-2026 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Bahar Yarıyıl Sonu Azami Süre Sonu Sınav Duyurusu

Üniversitemiz Azami Süreler Sonunda Yapılacak İşlemlere İlişkin Uygula Esasları’nın C maddesinin 2. Fıkrası “Son sınıf öğrencilerine stajlar, uygulama içeren dersler ve doğrudan sınav yapılmayan dersler hariç hiç alınmayan ve/veya başarısız olunan tüm derslerden iki ek sınav hakkı verilmesine, sınavların en geç bir sonraki dönem kayıt yenileme dönemi başlamadan bir hafta önce ve öğrencilerin mağduriyetlerine yol açmayacak şekilde ilgili birim yönetim kurullarınca belirlenecek tarihlerde yapılmasına ve sonuçların duyurulmasına,” gereği açılacak olan tek ders sınavına ilişkin son müracaat tarihi ve sınav takvimi aşağıdaki gibidir:

* Başarı Kriteri: Öğrencilerimizin ek sınavlarından başarılı olması için 60 ve üzeri not alması gerekmektedir.
* Esaslar Madde C / Fıkra 6: Üniversitemiz Azami Süreler Sonunda Yapılacak İşlemlere İlişkin Uygula Esasları’nın C maddesinin 6. Fıkrası “Azami öğrenim süreleri sonunda yapılan ek sınavlar sonucunda, hiç alınmayan dersler, başarısız olunan dersler ve stajlar dâhil toplam sorumlu olduğu ders sayısı beşten fazla olan öğrencilerin kayıtlarının silinmesine”
* Esaslar Madde C / Fıkra 7: Üniversitemiz Azami Süreler Sonunda Yapılacak İşlemlere İlişkin Uygula Esasları’nın C maddesinin 7. Fıkrası “ a) Ek sınavlar sonunda hiç almadığı ve/veya başarısız olduğu (staj dahil) toplam ders sayısını beş derse indirenlere üç yarıyıl (yıllık eğitim yapılan birimlerde 2 yıl), ek sınav hakkı kullanmadan en fazla beş dersi olan öğrencilere dört yarıyıl ek süre verilerek sorumlu oldukları derslerin sınavlarına girme hakkı verilmesine; bu öğrencilere Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Ön Lisans ve Lisans Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği ve ilgili birim uygulama esaslarının uygulanmasına ve öğrencilerin kayıtlı oldukları program için belirlenen katkı payı/öğrenim ücretlerini ödemeye devam ederek her dönem kayıt yenilemelerine”

2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester End of Maximum Study Period Exam Announcement

In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article C of our University’s Implementation Principles Regarding the Procedures to be Taken at the End of Maximum Study Periods, stating: “Senior students shall be granted the right to take two additional exams for all courses they have never taken and/or failed, excluding internships, applied courses, and courses without direct examinations; the exams shall be held and the results announced at the latest one week before the start of the next semester’s registration renewal period, on dates to be determined by the relevant unit executive boards in a manner that will not cause grievance to the students,” the final application date and exam schedule for the exams to be held are as follows:

Procedure / Exam Dates & Details
Final Application August 13, 2026 – August 19, 2026, by the end of working hours. (Applications must be submitted via a petition.)
1st Additional Exam Dates August 24, 2026 – August 28, 2026
2nd Additional Exam Dates August 31, 2026 – September 04, 2026

* Success Criterion: Students must score 60 or above to be successful in the additional exams.
* Principles Article C / Paragraph 6: Paragraph 6 of Article C of our University’s Implementation Principles Regarding the Procedures to be Taken at the End of Maximum Study Periods: “As a result of the additional exams held at the end of maximum study periods, the enrollment of students who have more than five courses in total that they are responsible for, including courses never taken, failed courses, and internships, shall be terminated.”
* Principles Article C / Paragraph 7: Paragraph 7 of Article C of our University’s Implementation Principles Regarding the Procedures to be Taken at the End of Maximum Study Periods: “a) Students who reduce the total number of courses they have never taken and/or failed (including internships) to five at the end of the additional exams shall be granted an additional period of three semesters (2 years in units with annual education); students who have a maximum of five courses without using the additional exam right shall be granted an additional period of four semesters, thus giving them the right to take the exams of the courses they are responsible for; these students shall be subject to the Dokuz Eylül University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations and the implementation principles of the relevant unit, and they shall continue to pay the tuition/student contribution fees determined for their enrolled program and renew their registration every semester.”
